Caledonia confirms Ndlovu’s appointment as chairperson
Aim-listed Caledonia Mining has confirmed that, as previously guided, July Ndlovu has been appointed chairperson.
He succeeds John Kelly, who stepped down as chairperson.
The company also announces that Nick Clarke did not stand for re-election as a director at the company’s May 5 AGM and has, therefore, left the board with effect from the meeting.
Caledonia says Clarke has made a valuable contribution to the company during his time on the.
